Can't see bill? It says this page is restricted

I switched broadband service on 10 April but was charged by Sky on 16 April. I am unable to see the details of the bill on the bill page because it says "this page is restricted." Trying to understand what the charge was for and if it was retroactive to cover prior service or in error.

It might have happened as a broadband bill is created 14 days before the billing date so for you this would have haoppened arouns 2nd April so when you was still a customer. Now that you have left there should be a credit on the account that should be automatically refunded within 6 weeks.

 

You should still have access to the account so are you sure you are logged in with the correct details.

I am logged in with the correct details. The explanation is helpful, but it would be nice to see an itemized bill. I'm not sure how to get in touch with anyone at sky who can provide that.
