'Sorry I didn't catch that' I have now heard this phrase 7 times while trying to pay both sky bills online so I better not get charged for a late payment! They don't catch my 16 digit number continuously. So annoying so giving up.

Find out moreDo you not have a regular payment setup via your account so that Sky can take the payment automatically from you each month so you woyldn't have to make a manual payment, if you don't then you should be able to make the payment via your online account:

I've just tried. It's only giving me the option to pay my sky broadband and talk. Eventually got that paid on 3rd try now trying to pay my mobile. Don't want to set up direct debits especially when my bills have just increased without my knowledge.

Bills increase for one or two reasons, the annual price rise or when discounts are ending and in both cases you would be informed, for discounts ending you would have been told how long the offer was on for.
