@Eunice The only way you can get sky service at the address is if the previous owner/tennent cancels/transfers out their own sky services
so are you able to reach out to them
fyi you have posted in the sky plus board which sky no longer sells or supports if you wish to subscribe to tv services you need to choose from sky Q, sky glass or sky stream
