I have been trying to link my id to my account but it's not recognising it. I type in my postcode then my account number but it's not recognised. I have also tried using last 6 digits of bank account and having the same problem.
please help

@Mimi+hazel If the page to link the I'd using the details you mentioned doesn't work the only way to sort it would be to speak to an advisor as it may be an issue with the account.

Hi, I've had to same issue, spoken to sky on the phone for nearly 2 hours and still didn't fix it. Need help as I can't upgrade my phone currently!

Hi, did you get your issue resolved? I am having the same problem. I have spent a lot of time on the phone to them but it still won't work. It has been 'escalated' about 4 times now, but no one bothers to get back to me.

I am currently having the same issue. The guy helping us is trying his best but it won't accept our postcode when trying to link the sky ID. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
