Can’t link Sky ID to broadband

I got Sky Broadband in May. Never had a bill, don't even know my account number.

Spent the last 2 nights trying to see my bills. Had to make a Sky ID because it won't let me see my bills.  Now won't let me link my account and ID. Says it doesn't know my postcode.

That virtual assistant is useless. I have no idea what to do.

@Sonj Think you would be best to call sky and have them look at it before you get everything in a real mess. Also look back your e-mails you should have recieved all the details when you joined!

I've had one email to say "you're joining us on 30th April. That's it.

They don't acknowledge my postcode to link to Sky ID but they take money out every month.

I don't have sky mobile or a landline so ringing isn't an option.

Im going to try making a complaint

it shouldn't be this difficult.

You will need to contact Sky about this so when you call and you are asked any questions by the bot remain silent and remain on the line.

@Sonj And if you did e-mail like "Your first Sky bill - everything you need to know" has all the details account number an the whole shebang!

Haven't had a single bill. That's why there's no account number.

That's why I'm trying to link my sky account and Sky ID, so I can see bills etc.

How do I even call them? I don't have a landline or Sky mobile.

I have try to link my code into my account and there is a scanning code on the right of my screen on my TV so when I scanned it, it's saying there's a problem but they're also a number that I have to put in a code that links to my account. Where am I going wrong?
