Can’t get to talk to a human in your organisation

I received a text to call you and when I call I get told you will send me a text **bleep** where are the humans

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

I'm responding to a text from them saying call me, then when I answer their robot it tells me they can help me by text 

 

Crazy that communications companies are the worst to actually communicate with
