I've tried numerous times to change the email that is the 'household email account' since this is no longer in use but I just get an error saying it cannot be updated, please try again later. I'm sick of trying again later, it always fails. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi I am having the same problem. I want to update the account email address as I won't have access to the one that is on the account now. I keep on getting an error message can you please help
