Can't cancel sky sports or sky cinema

I am trying to cancel sky sports and sky cinema as I am not doing well financially. I cannot get hold of sky

I have tried to phone 3 phone numbers starting with 0818 but this chat wont let me type the number out.  Also on a 1800 number. Still no luck.

Nothing gets through?

So I treid to text SMS them

So I tried to whatsapp them, that won't work as I'm on a laptop 

So then I have registered a complaint on a form

How do I cancel something or get hold of sky?

Presumably you're in the ROI as you mention the 0818 number? If so what's happening when you call?

No I am in Manchester but thats the number given when I click for help on my sky account on my laptop - just gives me that number.  It keeps saying call ended as soon as I dial.

Quite frustrating!

That the ROI number. Change the flag in the bottom corner to the Union Jack for a 0333 number.

I signed up to Sky Cinema online and not able to cancel online as suggested I should be able to from ....

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.
