I was wondering if anyone can help... I am getting rather frustrated!
I am trying to cancel my paramount subscription and when I click on "manage subscription" through my tv, it just freezes and does nothing! I have been trying for weeks and it keeps doing it, when I try to use the virtual assistant it just sends me in circles.
I considered cancelling the payment through my bank but don't want to be charged any fees or fines for doing it this way

In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet:
Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.
You should be able to cancel it there.

When I go through that way there is only an option to change my payment method or view previous payments

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt is odd that it doesn't show via the MySky app so all you can do is to call Sky to see if they can cancel it for you.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

I've spoken to four different departments at Sky & no one knows what the hell to do! It's under my Sky Bills as an active subscription but there is no way to cancel it!

I've just logged into the Paramount plus app and clicked my account. From there, you can manage your subscription
