Hi, I switched from Now TV to Sky a couple of weeks ago over the phone and I have had my full Fibre box setup today. Good news is everything is working, bad news is that I don't seem to have an online account and can't access any online settings. Please help 🙂

Yep, ID created but there is nothing linking to my order. Eg in the order and bills page, access is restricted.
