Can't access bill/bill problems

Last time I made a post it was for an overdue/over prices payment and that I can't access my bills I got told the overpriced payment was suspose to cover 2 months or something like that but I still got an email saying I have to pay for this month. and still can't access my bills

The restricted message isn't always about the billing and paying the bills so if you want some help with this we can get Sky's messaging team to contact you via here tomorrow morning if you want ?
