You need to use this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility
Go to the bottom of the page and wait for it to load as it might take a few seconds, then you should see the messaging service myself and @GD1 are seeing as being available.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

- Doesn't work for me in Edge or InPrivate mode, it looks like it would only show if I was registered with the accessibility team?
- ETA - it is now fully loading.

Works for me on Chrome, but the options take several seconds to populate. At first sight, you only get the first half of the page.

@Anonymous You need to be logged in to your sky account before the options on the link provide for accessibility will work
