Hi, up to last week I could view my bills on line and on the app but since I called Sky last week and sorted a new contract out it won't let me.
it will let me do everything else including make a payment and the rest though.
I'm just worried and need to check on future payments because 18 months ago I was told i had a contract sorted and the man who I spoke to told me a load of lies about future prices.

Hi, sorry.
it's asking me to sign in and I haven't signed in for ages then once I do it's just re loading a blank white page.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page by typing it it to start the chat.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
