I am out of contract and paying a fortune! I have tried to do online chat and phone customer service, but can never get a response, what should I do?

Scroll down to the Contact Us section, select I need more help, all the relevant options to contact Sky will be provided.
You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Thanks, that is really helpful, I've been unwell and not got around to sorting it, and now it's far too much. I've also cancelled my TV licence as it's costing so much, I don't think I will bother with a TV any more😢

So as you won't have a TV licence you'll need to cancel your subscription altogether.
You'll need to give Sky the required 31 days notice. If you are cancelling Sky Q, return packaging will be sent out near the end of your notice period. Obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely.

Thanks, all went well, and my bill is now £30 a month instead of £95, just got landline phone and Internet.
