@BadCompany77  Best thing to do is call sky and discuss your options 

 

Your not talking directly with Sky this is a customer helps customer forum only with no account access

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk

If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number

or if you have sky mobile/talk call 150 Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline phone or a Sky mobile are free

That won't happen by requesting it on a public forum.

 

You will need to call Sky if you wish to make changes to your services, which includes switching from Stream to Q. Note that making this change will likely lead to a period without service, as the Stream contract will be cancelled immediately so that the Q order can be processed.

Yes. Already have Sky Q box want to see more than what's on Sky Stream it's limiting

@BadCompany77  You seem to be creating multiple threads/posts across different parts of the community which you don't need to be doing, therefore all duplicate posts have been removed, your other posts have been m,erged to this thread

 

You will need to call Sky tyo change your subscriptions, you can't request such things on a public forum.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
