If you Pay Sky for BT Sport then there are a few ways to do this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv


So select "Yes I still need help".

 

If you pay BT themselves then you would have to contact BT.
