Call log past few days not showing on itemised bill

Hi there

My call history is not showing up on my itemised bill for the past few days when I log into my sky account. I've made calls and send texts so should be on there. Anyone else having the same problem?

It's not always instant. For example calls/texts from a couple of days before your bill is prepared sometimes show on the following months bill.
