Call diversion

I get my unanswered calls from my landline diverted to my mobile but was told it is just a £2.50 extra charge a month. Now I've been charged for the actual individual calls. Is this right?

@Nhyree  Unless you have an inclusive calls package on your landline all diverted calls will be treated as calls made.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
