Hi,
I was on a call last night to upgrade to q as per the email.
I would normally have just went through with this online, however, I also wanted to remove sky kids - which is totally impossible to do without calling.
Yes look, do everything online, it saves time.. but you need to call for that, farce really.
Anyway, speaking with the agent after being on hold for some 30mins, he was going to remove kids, put through upgrade to q and secure signature with some discount.
After so long the call went dead, i gave it 10 minutes, nothing. Eventually hung up with call timer at 50 minutes.
Anyway to resume this? I am not calling again to be on hold for 30 odd minutes and go through the process from the beginning.
I also tried the messaging, after noticing it has returned, was assured by the "virtual assistant" I would hear back in the morning when re-opened. As it stands, nothing and messaging is "unavailable".
