I was with bt with a contract till next year , a final bill of ,£178.67 has come from bt , how do you pay that bill?

@Chris2301 You have to pay it yourself as you would normally have done then apply to sky for the switch credit

Note switch credit is limited to £100 per service (service = tv (currently only applies to sky Q) or broadband)

the documents that need to be sent in pdf are a copy of your final bill clearly and separately identifying the termination charges and a copy of the statement showing it's been paid
