Broken promise by sky

I took out sky signature and the person I spoke to Said £13 a month but in the bill I'm getting charged £31 it's been a month and still not sorted been charged by my bank multiple times for unpaid direct debit keep getting told we will call you back in 48 hours many 48 hours have gone by still not sorted been with sky for over 13 years and I'm absolutely annoyed with the way they have handled many of complaints I made disgraceful all they need to do is listen to the phone call that took place when I repeated Said will I be paying £47.50 a month including my broadband in which sky said yes and now my last bill and this month's your asking for £195 absolutely diabolical I ain't paying that see you in court if I have to

We're customers here. Sky won't know who you are from a forum post. Obviously we can't see your bill but if you post an image, making sure your account number is hidden, we might be able to advise.

As I've commented elsewhere, multi-billion-pound international corporations tend to be able to afford quite good legal representation, so it's generally best not to let things get to that stage...

@Zarda  In addition to @TimmyBGood  issuing threats to take a multi national company to court won't get yopu anywhere, you need to read the T&C's and contact Sky if there is a billing query.

 

Issuing threats, is completely the wrong way to resolve this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
