When you cancelled on the 15th you started a 14 day notice period where you are still charged as normal.
In addition you bill for 28 July was actually created 14 days earlier (so the day before you cancelled).
So your BB should have been disconnected yesterday the 29th. Any overpayment payment in your last bill should be reimbursed but it could take up to 6 weeks for this to happen.

Billing continues as normal right up to the day you leave so was July 15th the day you gave 14 days notice to leave or was the day you left ?

Re: Broadband ended but I still paid
Bills are generated 14 days before payment date and billing continues as normal u til your service is deactivated so you will always end up overpaying and then receive a refund. Refunds typically take up to 6 weeks after your last bill however once your account is showing as being in credit we can escalate to the sky messaging team to process the refund.
