Broadband due to be activated yesterday

Hello, my broadband was due to be activated yesterday, but it hasn't been. Additionally on the Sky app, in the My Orders section, it has a tick next to the hub being delivered, but not next to activation. When I check service using the service checker tool, it says that my broadband isn't with Sky, when it is. It's Now Superfast. I'm not really sure what's going on.

Probably best to speak directly with Sky to find out why it wasn't activated on schedule.

Hi Mark, thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately I'm deaf, so calling Sky is a bit difficult for me. I'm not really sure what to do beyond that.

It may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~
