As you're still with Sky, the credit will be used against your next bill.
Just to add: you should have a direct debit or monthly card payment set up. That being the case, there's no need to make manual payments. Just let the automated payment collect what's due. Manual payments can cause problems.

Would you like it refunded @Leanne98 or you can leave it as it will be used to pay your next bill ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hello, following online conversation with Sky rep TomW was informed that credit would be processed and returned in 3-5 working days ? Still no sign of this in my account and Barclaycard confirm nothing pending - is there an issue with returning this? please advise status as account still shows a credit for the full amount I am waiting for.

Last week I realised that I need to chase credit outstanding for broadbank a/c as I have changed suppliers - I went all through this with the Sky messaging rep TomW who stated would be processed and returned to my bank within 3-5 working days - but still no sign of it - can anyone help - as this is consuming my time

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI've merged your latest two posts into your original thread. No need for new threads on the same issue.
I presume the chat invite is now closed. Would you like your post re-escalating to Sky again?

Thanks for responding - yes please could you help me with recontacting Sky as I can see that nothing has been actioned - a statement issued on 27th June still shows the credit amount

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo see if they can help again I’ve re-escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
This link explains what happens.
