Broadband charges post end-of-service date

Cancelled whole sky package, giving 31 days' notice period.  Sky TV will end on 10 June, but broadband will end on 20 May - this was confirmed on the phone and also by follow-up mail and text.  Wouldn't have minded if the broadband was to 10 June, but ordered a new service from 20 May given termination date provided.

Thanks,

D

However, checking final bill, I'm getting charged for broadband until 10 June...

Sky charges for reference... (all to 10 June)

Billing for Broadband and then TV continues right up until it has been cancelled so the fact you have put in notice to cancel doesn't actually play any part in this as the bill is produced as normal.

Once your services have been cancelled then you will see a credit on your account for the overpayment  that can then be refunded back to you, help of which can be arranged via here if you want.
