Bot says account is clear but im restricted

Ive attempted pay my bill via revolut card 3 times now. It goes through but when i go back to Sky and my bank page it hasnt been taken. The bit can see thst ive attempted to pay and tells me I have paid and cleared the bill. But my account and tv are restricted.

The bot just cant help me cos it says ibe cleared the payment. And there is no call center from what i can gather.

Payments are not processed at weekends. Unless you're in the ROI the call centres are open.

Were you services restricted due to non-payment?  (Prior to attempting payment today)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

So i thought i paid yesterday but then today i got a tour account is now restricted message. So i tried to pay again. My card processes the payment but it never actually gets taken by sky. Ive tried 3 times and ot just never finalises the payment on sky side. The bot is no help cos the bot says ive cleared the payment. The account says i need to pay. And so im stuck.

Ohhh well thats me then. ROI bad form to restrict me at the weekend then. But it doesnt explain why they didnt take the money yesterday either. Just a nuisance the way they take all the different services seperately. Anyway thanks for your help. Oll try contact Monday.
