Booking a house move online via sky app and .com

I have been trying to book a house move with Sky for 8 days. Every time I use the online booking to set a date and click I've read terms and conditions an error occurs. Same error every time - "Sorry we're having technical difficulties. Unfortunately we have not been able to proceed with your order. Please try again later"

 

No response from Sky on how to resolve it

You will have to call Sky to get your move booked.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
