Blue Light Card Mastercard £50 Mastercard promotion for new sky members

I recently joined Sky as a new customer following a promotion I saw on the Blue Light members scheme. The promotion is at the bottom, I have now signed up with Sky using the promotional code from Blue Light and have not received my £50. How can I claim this?

I have copied and pasted the promotion below.

Really sorry to hear that you have not yet received your Mastercard bonus, this comes directly from sky, please see the following information. 
 
Pre-paid Mastercard Voucher: Vouchers will be posted to the Sky Account holder address after account has been activated. The voucher could take up to 60 days to be posted after the Sky TV account has been activated. The Sky Account number will be used to activate the Pre-paid Mastercard voucher upon receiving it, also please see the link to Sky's help page: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-claim-your-reward

Hi Jim, if you read the thread you would see I did just that and nothing was displayed.

@PatrickT I did read it, the link explains it all from sky, no one knows anything about you or your account, if you complied with all the details, if you where even eligable to get, if it is not showing up it's a call to sky to find out if there is any specific reason.

So your advice is 'call sky'... thanks for the comment. That was my next plan of action but rather than wait on hold I thought i'd ask the community for anyone who maybe had a similar experience. I had already said in my first comment, second line, I followed the link and it wasn't listed so you original comment of 'follow instructions' didn't help either.

If you have no useful advice, please just ignore the thread.

When was your broadband activated so has it been more than 60 days yet ?

Only a few days ago, I wasn't aware there was a time limit to wait to collect the reward.

The reason there is a wait time is sim people who sign up then change their mind and cancel don't get sent their reward so you have to wait until you are past the cooling off period plus a while for the actual delivery. If it gets to beyond the 60 days and you haven't been sent it then post back on here.

@PatrickT Before having a pop at @JimM1 , if you have read the instructions as he suggested, presumably you have read that it can take 60 days before your reward shows!
