Blocked from viewing new phone deals

When I am on a browser or on the mobile app, I am unable you look at new phone deals when I am logged in. I keep getting blocked from even viewing the specifications of the phones. I get redirected to this URL https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/ineligible This has been happening for over a year now. I was previously told this was a issue which was being resolved in the back end of 2024, but I am still having the problem. All other areas of the account seem viewable just when looking to purchase new devices. I need to buy a new phone very soon and if I can't from sky soon I will need to look elsewhere, which I don't want to do.

Are you using anything like a VPN ?

No VPN When I am logged out of account I am able to view all phone deals, only when I am logged into my account, I am always redirected, whether searching for laptops, tablets or phones.

Do you see this error when you are on both mobile data and wifi ?

Yes.

 

I also get it when trying to access with a PC.

 

My wife also gets it on her phone when logged into our account.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
