Blled twice for one SKY subscription

I have one SKY subscription and have noticed that since 9th June 2023 I have been charged on 2 of my bank accounts

The payments made over this period has been £1,418.73 on my Barclays bank account and £1,153.93 on my Nat West bank account.

I have tried their virtual chat line without success and telephone wait time is 40 minutes. Do you think I should I file a complaint stratight away or is their an emergency telephone that can be called

There is no 'emergency' number.

 

What Sky subscription do you have now?

Have you previously had other Sky subscriptions that you thought you'd cancelled, particularly in the time frame you've mentioned. There's little point in making a complaint at this point until you've bottomed out what the two payments are for.

Thank you Daniel

I reckon Sky have been running 2 contracts as bank accounts are under different names. I have logged complaint hoping this should resolve matter ASAP . Tim
