Black Friday offers for existing customers
We have been with Sky for 19 years, and have had Sky Q for many years as it's easier for my wife to use, as she had a stroke many years ago, so finds change difficult. We did try Sky Stream, it she couldn't get in with it.
We would like to stay with Sky, but there doesn't seem to be any Black Friday deals for existing customers?
It would be nice to see some deals before having to negotiate on the phone.
Thank you!

A lot of deals, including what are described as Black Friday deals are designed for new customers.
Better discounts are offered to new customers as an incentive for them to join. Most providers now do this. You'll have probably benefited from such offers in the past.
If your discounted minimum term has ended or its ending soon the best new discounts are still normally acquired by contacting Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will require a new 24 month minimum term contract. See if Sky will match the BF deals but I doubt it.
Significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back.

If you decide it’s no longer value for money and you’re thinking of changing providers remember that in 18/24 months time you'll be in the same position with that company at which point you'll be able to return to Sky and benefit from the new customer discounts available at that particular time.
