Bills

I was under the impression when I signed up with Sky glass that the £49 was everything included?

when I rang up to change the address she said to mention the discount I have on my broadband. I was told this would be kept on file.

im confused that I'm paying £49 on the 3rd of each month and then £36.50 on the 16th of each month.

this was not what I expected

What does the bill for £36.50 say it's for? Could it be for Sky Broadband & Sky Talk?
