Bills

Hey.

my sky q bill went out bank on Friday - genuine error (forgot I'd changed bill date) long story short I had a notification today so say payment had failed do they still call 10 days later? If so is it from original date or from today when I was notified ?

trying to sort out my next payday as I'm inbetween jobs and currently on limited funds 😔

thanks in advance

@Sim83 Sky should try to take payment again 10 days after the initial payment date.

If your services are restricted nothing can be done until the bill is paid. A direct debit will automatically be retried 10 days later if the payment fails. Although if you have switched bank accounts, your direct debits will automatically switch over as well (https://www.currentaccountswitch.co.uk/).

Once a sky account is restricted, nothing can be done until the overdue bill is paid, its all an automated system and sky customer services have no power to override it.
