Billing

Why does Sky increase your bill when you are trying to reduce it and save money. Sky increased my bill after 3 months even though I have not made any changes to my contract. This has been going on for months. I have tried Sky ombudsman but they are not independent so the results was in favour of Sky. I have been with Sky for years and now it is not worth it because they keep increasing my bill for such things as Sky signature which I do not use and its the first time I have heard you have to pay for Sky signature. Please can anyone tell me if this a joke?

@Han5sall

Sky Signature used to be the base level TV subscription package and without that you didn't have a service. If you are subscribed to Signature you do use it. I have Sky Signature so use it every time I switch the TV on. The default package now seems to be Ultimate which includes Netflix.

Sounds like you didn't have a clear understanding of what you signed up to.
