Billing

I need a manager to look at this i cant get through on the phone im not setting up new payment details until they sort my bill out as im fed up with being charged for somethg i havent got anymore

@Donna69 This is a forum of other Sky customers so know Sky Manager will look at your issue by you posting on here. Also no one at Sky would know who you are from a forum post.


However if you can provide more information over e act what your problem is it's possible the community here can advise further.

Sky won't talk to you while you're in breach of contract. Simplest solution is to set up a monthly payment as Sky require, then you'll be able to talk to an adviser. Sky will of course reimburse you if they've made a billing mistake.

Are your services restricted because of a missed payment which would explain why you can't get through on the phone?
