Billing

Hello, my broadband has been discounted my bank is showing it has been taken but I don't get paid until next week and I have no internet at home for my children

Sky wouldn't suspend your broadband unless the bill wasn't paid so what does your bill show regarding this payment. You can view your bill via the MySky app or online here:
