 hi, I've been charged an additional £74 this month, and it seems they are 3 separate charges for the same thing? Which I haven't requested, any ideas?

Look at the dates.  You're being billed for broadband for 3 separate periods:

 

22nd August to 31 August (from when your service was activated, or upgraded)

1 September to 30 September (last month)

And for the next month in advance (Sky bill you a month in advance)
