Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUnfortunately you should have contacted sky before you were unable to pay the bill. Sky have a strict policy when it comes to overdue bills, and use an automated system that deactivates accounts until all money owed had been paid.
Customer services agents are unable to deactivate an account that has been suspended due to this, and you wont be able to speak to an agent anyway via the automated phone system until Sky have received the payment.
