Billing woes

I renewed my package at £64.50 on August 2nd

 

As of today (1st Sept) and 7 phone calls to say my agreed amount if wrong, I am still being billed incorrect at over £80 a month.

 

Everytime their call centre say there's a tech error but they can fix it. 

When is enough enough and they need to admit whatever price they promised to keep me, isn't possible?

 

Direct debit went today, £20 nearly more than agreed so the company now owes me - not to mention the time on the phone
