Billing issue

I thoughtvi would have been contacted with the increase in the billing the channels are less i cant afford this amount how can i reduce the bill or can i remove channels and have internet only

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
