My account is showing as in credit, but then there's a big red box saying overdue.

I am trying to add sky mobile to my plan, to get an iPad but this is annoying me now as I'm in credit.

It won't let me add sky mobile because it's saying there's an issue.

My account is in credit but it's showing that there's an overdue balance

Can you post a screenshot of your bill but blank out your name and account number.
