Billing is gross amount without discounts being applied

My first bill is the gross value eg 40£ and not 30£ with the 10£ discount. How can this be resolved?

The first two bills are always higher due to the date period they cover (longer than the usual 4 weeks) as you can read about here, halfway down the page here:

So have you checked your future bills to see what they show:

Thanks, I can see the billing periods and agree with them but billing value is the gross amount and doesn't seem to have discounts applied.

If your future bills are incorrect then you will need to get in touch with Sky again so that they can check that the discount was applied correctly.
