An increase like that is probably due to a discount coming to an end, when it was added you would have been told how long it lasts for which is usually 18 months. So now it the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a new discount if you agree to a new 18 month contract.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Karl15 You would have had notification when you bills where produced which is 14 days before payment is taken, it's not Sky's fault if you don't view your bills.
