For a whole year I've been paying for a sky box which has not been even switched on, how do I get a refund for these unnecessary bills?

Find out moreThe fact it is switched on doesn't come into it because if you want to cancel your TV service and you are not in a contract then you have to contact Sky and give them your 31 days notice, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.
