Billing Issue

I moved my Sky subscription to Vodafone on 19/01/2023. However, Sky is stilling billing me and taking money from account. It was active line takoevr, but for some bizzare reason Sky is still billing me. I need my account to be cancelled and two months of subscription charges refunded.

Did you receive confirmation from us that we were cancelling your services, something like "we're sorry to see you go" kind of email?
