Billed on cancelled account

Hi I cancelled my SKY TV 2 years ago when I moved house and today I have received a bill for £132 With no explanation as to what it is for

When you cancelled did you get any acknowledgement from Sky regarding your cancellation ?

 

Can you still access your Sky billing account if so does anything show here:

Hi there thanks for your reply 

 

I paid my final bill - they collected the equipment - case closed !  

I can access the account and the invoice says Billed Charges Dec - Jan £132 

 

that's it !! No detail

@Ann-MarieH  Using the link @caesarome  posted click on anything highlighted in blue as it should detail exactly what the charges are

 

do you have proof of postage for returning the equipment has I have a feeling it's a non return charge applied in error

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
