Billed for service i am not using as yet

I signed uoto sky on 25/1/25

 

I have not been connected, everything still in boxes, I have received a bill and late payment, letting me know my services will be cut.  I cannot speak with a human, which is so frustrating. Now I am thnking have I done the right thing leaving my old providers.  Please can anyone help me
