Find out moreBilling doesn't stop during your notice period so this will be why you have been billed again as it continues are usual when you have given notice to leave. Now you have left you should see a credit on the account for the overpayment so when you see this and as long as you have left your payment method in place post back here as Sky's messaging team can get in contact with you via here to issue the refund.

Thanks for responding, the payment was taken 19 March so after both the original end date and the extension to 18 March and after a reduced previous bill, so confusing!
I'll give them a ring as keep going round in circles on the my sky app and chat bot

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDoes your account show now as cancelled because if everything has gone through correctly you should now (or within the next few days) see that payment appear as a credit as per my previous post so it can be refunded back to you.
