I switched to another provider for my Broadband on 26.1.14. I was out of contract with SKY. I have paid a full month on 7.2.24 which was a high amount of £39.50 which according to the bill is covered up to 6.3.24. I was of course charged a full month from my new supplier. This has resulted in very expensive month for Broadband. Should I not be entitled to a refund?
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you cancelled on 26 January you then started a 14 day notice period so ending 09 February. You should receive a refund of a full month less a couple of days which could take up to six weeks to reach you (if your payment method is still active) from the last day of your connection.

@Daniel0210 Thanks for your help. I shouldn't have cancelled my direct debit.
