I have been charged £1 for a sim that I no longer have. My account is getting higher than. Uaual

Unless you called Sky to cancel this sim then you will still be charged for it so you will need to call them. 150 is the number from another phone that has a Sky sim in it.

In that case you will need to call Sky to find out why you have been charged.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
